Surgery
Surgery will take place at BMI Clementine Churchill Hospital, BUPA Cromwell Hospital or Wellington Hospital by special arrangement. If not covered by your Insurance Company, you will be liable for Surgical Assistant fees and charges for Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) prophylaxis.
